Install Washer 80-119 in Nozzle Carrier 80-117.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install Horizontal Shaft 80-113 in Washer 80-119.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Arrange (2) J6-238 Thrust Washers on either side of (1) PTFE Washer 80-116 and install on Horizontal Shaft 80-113 .

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn 44 Tooth Gear 80-114 to Nozzle Carrier 80-117 .

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Torque 45 Tooth Gear 80-111 to 70 Ft-lbs using Spanner Wrench 80-124

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Arrange remaining (2) 80-119 Washers on either side of Washer 80-116 and install in 45 Tooth Gear 80-111.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Lower Body Cap 80-110 onto 45 Tooth Gear 80-111 .

Keep Gear 80-111 facing teeth down while turning into Lower Body Cap 80-110 to keep washers in place.

Torque 45 Tooth Gear 80-111 70 Ft-lbs using Spanner Wrench 80-124 .

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Vertical Shaft 80-102 onto Elbow 80-112 .

Tighten to snug using a bar.

Use a bar made from a soft material (brass or aluminum) to avoid part damage.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Insert a bar through Nozzle Carrier 80-117 and Horizontal Shaft 80-113 and turn the assembly to Elbow 80-112. Tighten to snug.

Use a bar made from a softer material (brass or aluminum) to avoid damage.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install assembled Lower Body Cap onto Vertical Shaft 80-102 .

Slowly rotate Nozzle Carrier to ensure proper gear alignment.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Right Handed Impeller 80-109-SS onto Vertical Shaft 80-102 .

Be sure to orient impeller as seen in video.

Gently tap fin with a rubber mallet to tighten.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install Inlet Disc 80-106 inside Outer Body 80-107 with bearing recess facing up.

Turn Outer Body 80-107 to Lower Body Cap 80-110.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install Vertical Shaft Bushing 80-108 onto 80-102 until it rests in the center bore of Inlet Disc 80-106.

Arrange (2) yellow J6-239 Washers on either side of (1) white 80-105 Washer.

Install washers in the center recess of Inlet Disc 80-106.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Vertical Shaft Cap 80-104 onto Vertical Shaft 80-102 and finger tighten.

Install Split Lock Washer 20-14-1 on Vertical Shaft 80-102 and turn Nut 15-23-1 . Torque Nut 15-23-1 to 20 Ft-lbs.

Do not over tighten Nut 15-23-1.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Inlet Cap 80-101 onto the Outer Body and torque to 60 ft-lbs. This will also tighten the Outer Body to the Lower Body Cap.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Nozzle J6-115 to 60 ft-lbs into the 80-123 Nozzle Extensions.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install the 74-324 set screws into the (2) locations on the 80-112 Elbow. Tighten to snug.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Turn Nozzle Assemblies into the Nozzle Carrier and torque to < 60 Ft-lbs.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

The Tankman assembly is complete!
