Introduction

This guide will show you how to assemble a TankJet 80H (Cloud Sellers Hygienic 80) tank cleaning machine from start to finish.

  1. Gather all components. Click here for exploded view and parts list.

    • Gather all components. Click here for exploded view and parts list.

    • Install Washer 80-119 to Nozzle Body 40-117.

    • Install Horizontal Shaft 40-113 against Washer 80-119.

    • Sandwich Washer 80-116 between (2) Washers J6-238 and install to Horizontal Shaft 40-113.

    • Install Gear 80-114 to Nozzle Body 40-117.

    • Torque gear to 80 Ft-lbs.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Sandwich Washer 80-116 between (2) Washers 80-119 and install to Tooth Gear 80-111.

    • Install Outer Body 40-107 to Gear 80-111.

    • Torque gear to 80 Ft-lbs.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Install Vertical Shaft 40-102 to Elbow 40-112.

    • Snugly tighten Vertical Shaft 40-102.

    • Install Set Screw 74-324 to Vertical Shaft 40-102.

    • Install ant-sieze to all threads.

    • Place a soft material bar (brass/aluminum) through Nozzle Body 40-117 and Horizontal Shaft 40-113 .

    • Install Horizontal Shaft 40-113 to Elbow 40-112.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Install Outer Body 40-107 to Vertical Shaft 40-102.

    • Gently spin body to confirm gears are properly meshed.

    • Install Impeller 80-109-SS.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Install Inlet Disc 40-106 inside Outer Body 40-107 with bearing recesses facing up.

    • Install (2) Washers J6-239 and (1) Washer 80-105 to Inlet Disc 80-106.

    • Sandwich White Washer 80-105 between yellow Washers J6-239.

    • Install Vertical Shaft Cap 80-104 to Vertical Shaft 40-102 until finger tight.

    • Install Split Lock Washer 20-14-1 and Nut 15-23-1 to Vertical Shaft 40-102. Torque Nut 15-23-1 to 20 Ft-lbs.

    • DO NOT over tighten Nut 15-23-1.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Secure Outer Body 40-107 in a soft jaw vice and install Inlet Cap 40-101.

    • Torque the Inlet Cap 40-101 to 60 Ft-lbs.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Install Nozzle J6-115 to Nozzle Extension 80-123. Torque to 60 Ft-lbs.

    • Install nozzle assemblies to Nozzle Body 40-117. Torque to 60 Ft-lbs.

    • Install Set Screw 74-324 to bottom of Elbow 40-112.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.
