TankJet 16 (Cloud Sellers 3" Troll Ball)

Gather all parts for your specific configuration of 3" Troll Ball. Reference the Troll Ball Parts List or click here.

Install Drive Arm 75-1436 on Vertical Shaft 75-1606 using (2) 2-60-1 Screws.

Install PTFE Washer 75-1609 and PTFE Bushing 75-1608 over Vertical Shaft 75-1606 .

The collar of the bushing should be against the washer.

Install Bottom Cap 75-1604 onto Body 75-1601.

Body 75-1601 is symmetrical. Install Bottom Cap 75-1604 with lettering or logo up.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install Vertical Shaft 75-1606 Assembly to Bottom Cap 75-1601.

Install PTFE Rotor Disk 75-1628 to Motor 75-1605.

Install Motor 75-1605 assembly through the center hole of Bottom Cap 75-1601.

Install Inlet cap 75-1603 to Body 75-1601.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Use 1/2" Drive 1-3/4" Open End Crowfoot Wrench to tighten Bottom Cap Bottom Cap 75-1601. to 60 Ft-lbs.

This will also tighten the bottom cap and inlet cap to the body.

Install 3" Ball to Vertical Shaft 75-1606.

Secure 3" Ball with Spring Pin.
