Gather all components for the Orbi-G4. Click here for the Parts List

Install Bushing 75-1846 into each side of Geared Nozzle Carrier 75-1851 .

Install Retaining Ring 75-1847 onto Geared Nozzle Body grooves located above Bushing 75-1846.

Repeat these steps for the second Nozzle Carrier.

Install Roll Pin 75-1856 to small hole in Outer Body 75-1853.

Install Bevel Gear 75-1852 to Outer Body 75-1853. Be sure to align Bevel Gear hole with Body Roll Pin.

Use Retaining Ring 75-1855 to secure Bevel Gear 75-1852 by snapping into groove on Outer Body 75-1853.

Place Duplex Shaft 75-1860 onto a secured fixture and install Nozzle Carrier Assemblies.

Tighten each Shaft Cap 75-1844 to 20ft-lbs.

Tighten nozzles 75-1849 to no more than 15ft-lbs.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install Washer 75-1863-G and Bushing 75-1408 to Vertical Shaft 75-1854.

Seat Vertical Shaft 75-1854 assembly on Outer Body 75-1853.

Install Vertical Shaft 75-1854 to Duplex Shaft.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Make sure one of the Nozzle Carriers are offset 90 degrees from the other. One set of nozzles should be at 12 and 6 O'clock, the others at 9 and 3 O'clock.

Tighten to 20ft-lbs using the 1-1/8" deep socket.

Snugly tighten 6 Tooth Rotor 75-1801-SS to Vertical Shaft 75-1854 using a flat wrench.

Seat Motor inside body.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Install Inlet Cap 75-1403 to Outer Body 75-1853.

Clamp Outer Body 75-1853 to a vice with soft jaws and tighten Inlet Cap 75-1403 to 60ft-lbs.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Do not over tighten vice when clamping!

Assembly Complete!

Each machine is supplied with a Bypass Kit.
