    • Install Elbow 75-1859 to Nozzle Carrier Assembly. Install Shaft Cap 75-1844. Tighten to 20in-lbs.

    • Install nozzles 75-1849 to Nozzle Carrier Assembly and tighten to 15ft-lbs.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Install Washer 75-1863-G and Bushing 75-1408 to Vertical Shaft 75-1854 .

    • Seat Vertical Shaft 75-1854 onto Outer Body.

    • Using a 1-1/8" Deep Socket, Install Vertical Shaft 75-1854 to Elbow 75-1859 .

    • Torque the Vertical Shaft to 20ft-lbs.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Thread 6 Tooth Rotor 75-1801-SS to Vertical Shaft 75-1854. Snugly tighten using a flat wrench.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Seat Motor 75-1857 inside Body.

    • Install Inlet Cap 75-1403 to Outer Body.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Use a vice to clamp onto the flats of the outer body and torque the Inlet Cap 75-1403 to 60Ft-Lbs Max.

    • Do not use excessive force to clamp the outer body.
