TankJet 65 (Cloud Sellers Jumbo 6)

Refer to Jumbo parts list and exploded view that is attached to this guide or click here to match the components needed for your specific configuration.

Place Body Cap J6-305 in soft jawed vice.

Install Gear J6-308-EP to Body Cap J6-305 and Torque to 80 Ft-lbs.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

For best results, use Spanner Wrench 80-124 (attached to a 1/2" drive torque wrench).

Seat Yellow UHMW Washer J6-241 and White PTFE Washer J6-341 on Vertical Shaft J6-107.

Install Vertical Shaft J6-107 to Gear J6-308-EP.

Seat (2) Yellow UHMW Washers J6-241 on Vertical Shaft J6-107.

Seat Bearing Retaining Plate J6-106 with chamfered edge up and install (3) Screws 2-60-1.

Install RotorJ6-104 to Vertical Shaft J6-102 using (2) 2-60-1 Screws.

Alternate (10) Stainless Ball Bearings 74-1172 and (10) Nylon Ball Bearings J6-133 into GearJ6-309-EP raceway.

There should be a small gap left after installing the ball bearings.

Seat O-Ring 2-31050-020 in Nozzle Shaft J6-112 groove.

Install Shaft J6-112 threaded end through center of Gear J6-309-EP.

Spin assembly by holding Gear J6-309-EP.

Set assembly on Nozzle Body J6-313 for assemble ease.

Insert (13) Stainless Steel Ball Bearings 74-1172 and (13) Nylon Ball Bearings J6-133 into Gear J6-309 raceway.

Alternate bearing materials.

Install Nozzle Body J6-313 to Gear J6-309-EP.

Apply food grade anti-seize to J6-313 Nozzle Body.

Repeat steps 5-9 for the second nozzle body.

Torque Gear J6-309-EP to 80 Ft-lbs using a soft jawed vice and Spanner Wrench 80-124.

Insert a 3/8" square edged tool through Nozzle Body J6-313 openings and align with the flats of Nozzle Shaft J6-112.

Install Vertical Shaft J6-112 to Elbow J6-110.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Repeat this step for the second Nozzle Carrier.

Install Nozzles J6-115 to Nozzle Carrier J6-313.

Place one nozzle carrier with holes on a horizontal plane and the other nozzle carrier with holes on a vertical plane.

Secure Vertical Shaft J6-102 to Elbow J6-110. Be sure gears mesh correctly.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Insert (3) Nylon Tipped Set Screws 74-324 into Elbow J6-110.

Install Motor J6-101 or J6-201 to Outer Body 75-1601.

Install Inlet Cap 75-1603, securing to top thread of Outer Body 75-1601.

Apply anti-seize to all threads.

Secure Inlet Cap 75-1603 in a soft jawed vice. Torque to 60 Ft-lbs using wrench flats on Lower Body Cap J6-305.

Tighten each Nozzle J6-115-XX. Torque to 60 Ft-lbs.

The Jumbo is now complete!

Each Jumbo comes with a set of bypass plugs.
