Introduction

Start to finish TankJet 75H-4 (Cloud Sellers Hygienic 4) assembly guide.

  1. Gather all components. Click Here for exploded view and parts list.

    • Gather all components. Click Here for exploded view and parts list.

    • Install Bushings 75-1846 into Geared Nozzle Carrier 75-1851S.

    • Install Retaining Rings 75-1847 into Geared Nozzle Carrier 75-1851S grooves.

    • Grooves are located above Bushings 75-1846.

    • Repeat these steps for the second nozzle carrier assembly.

    • Slide Horizontal Shaft 75-1844S through Nozzle Carrier Assembly.

    • Use 5/32" Hex Bit to finger tighten horizontal shaft 75-1844S to Elbow 75-1860S.

    • Apply anti-seize to all threads.

    • Repeat these steps for second nozzle carrier and horizontal shaft.

    • Place Elbow 75-1860S in a soft jawed vice and torque Horizontal Shaft 75-1844S to 20 in-lbs.

    • Install Roll Pin 75-1856 into one of the holes at lower end of Body 75-1853S .

    • Use the 1-1/8" deep socket to Install Vertical Shaft 75-1854 to Elbow 75-1860S. Torque to 20 ft-lbs.

    • Keep the nozzle carriers 90 degrees offset from each other. One carrier should be at 6 and 12 while the other remains at 3 and 9 O' clock.

    • After tightening the vertical shaft to 20 Ft-lbs, check that the gears are properly meshing by spinning the nozzle carriers.

    • Apply a small amount of anti-seize to the 75-1801-SS Rotor and snugly tighten to the 75-1854 Vertical Shaft by using a flat wrench.

    • Install Rotor 75-1801-SS to Vertical Shaft 75-1854 using a flat wrench.

    • Apply anti-seize to rotor.

    • Tighten snugly.

    • Seat Motor 75-1857 inside body.

    • Install O-ring to Inlet Cap 75-1403S

    • Install Inlet Cap to Body 75-1853S.

    • Apply anti-seize to OD thread of inlet cap.

    • Use Molykote 111 or equivalent product to lubricate O-ring.

    • Clamp onto flats of Body 75-1853S and tighten Inlet Cap 75-1403S to 60 ft-lbs.

    • Do not use excessive force when clamping.

    • Install Nozzles 75-1849 nozzles and tighten to 15 ft lbs.

  13. The Hygienic 4 is complete!

    • The Hygienic 4 is complete!

    • Each Hygienic 4 comes with a bypass plug kit.
